June 16, 2011Avent Interiors have successfully tendered and secured a 45k contract at Monaghan Mushrooms in Langford,Bristol.Work began this week fitting new metal stud partitions,mf plasterboard ceilings,fire barriers and plastering throughout new complex that incorporates office and welfare areas for staff.The duration of works is expected to take 6 weeks completing mid July.We successfully tendered against four other dry lining contractors and following negotiations and our adaptable approach won the contract.
The scope of works includes half hour metal stud partitions with 12.5mm plasterboard as well as fermacell impact board.Existing building perimeters are insulated and boarded,mf ceilings incorporating access panels and half hour fire barriers in roof voids.
More news to follow on recent secured contracts we are awaiting starting dates on including renevation and new works at Lidl HQ in weston super Mare and large suspended ceiling and flooring contract at Bristol News Media.
